    Please book a First Day Intro Assessment if it is your first time to Dogs in Town, or if there has been a period longer than 4 months since your last visit.

    Feel comforted knowing that every Playcare participant has passed a mandatory Intro Assessment to assess behaviour and temperament. Your friendly doggie will be given the opportunity to play freely, and run around with new friends.

    Physical exercise is one of the best ways to manage your pup’s health and good behaviour. An adventure lasts up to 3-hours, providing lots of opportunity for your furry child to get quality exercise with other four-legged friends.

FAQs About Dog Daycare Service

Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Experiencing technical difficulties, or the website isn’t working? You can message us via WhatsApp during business hours and contact us here.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Boarding appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice (or written evidence from a vet during the 48 hours prior to the appointment).

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday
