If I Am Paying For A Play Care And My Dog Isn’t Included In Group Play. Will She/He Be Alone All Day?

The term “daycare” means that we are providing care for your dog for the day. Playtime is included in that cost, but whether that playtime is social (with other dogs) or one on one, with a staff member is up to our professional discretion. Not all dogs are fit for social play here. That doesn’t mean they are a “bad dog”, but rather, that they will do better getting individual attention due to factors such as age, health, behaviour, personality, etc.

Are You Able To Administer Medication If My Dog Needs It?

We’re able to provide oral medication to your pet whenever he needs it.

Can My Pet Catch A Disease By Being Around Other Pets?

Your pet can be exposed to diseases regardless of where they are, whether at home, at a dog park, taking a walk in your neighbourhood. However, the risk of contracting a disease is quite low and virtually eliminated when proper vaccinations are administered (as we require). In addition, we maintain very high sanitation standards and we do everything we can to prevent transmittable diseases from occurring in our facilities

What Is Your Minimum Age When Accepting A Dog For Boarding Or Daycare?

As always, our primary concern is the welfare of the dogs in our care. It is generally recommended that puppies get their first round of “adult” shots at 12 weeks. A puppy can be involved in group care once two weeks have passed from the date of their initial vaccinations.

Do You Have A Cancellation Policy?

Yes. We have a cancellation policy. Please see our T&C page for more details.

My Dog Loves People, But Does Not Care For Canine Companionship. Is He Able To Stay At Dogs In Town?

Of course! We have three different private areas that will keep your pup calm and happy. He/she will be under constant supervision all day.

What Will My Dogs' First Day Be Like?

Our service is a pickup/drop-off plus daycare service. Your pup will ride, seat belted in to our van. The vans are custom made for the dogs and gated between the front and back, so your pup can see and become familiar with the other dogs, without being in a confined environment with dogs he/she doesn’t know. We arrive at the facility within 30 minutes of the pick up time. We provide 9 hours of daycare which includes exercise, socialisation, proper hydration, rest and a lot of love. YOUR DOGS ARE NEVER LEFT ALONE OR UNATTENDED!! We load the dogs back into the vans around 4pm and then return them to their homes.

Is Your Daycare Facility Clean?

We pride ourselves on how clean we keep our facility! At the end of each day the entire play area (even the kiddie-pool!) gets cleaned and washed with special enzyme products safe for your dog, humans and the planet! This keeps our facility clean, sanitised and smelling fresh!

If a dog displays any aggressive traits they will be expelled from the day care program. These include possession aggression, territorial aggression, inter-sex aggression etc. We pride ourselves on having friendly, sociable dogs.

What Happens If My Dog Gets Injured While In Your Care?

We do everything in our power to make sure dogs are injury free while in our care. However, accidents can and do happen. If your dog becomes ill or injured while with us, we will contact you using the emergency information that you have given us, so we can discuss the best option for your dog. In an emergency situation we will take your dog to a veterinary clinic ASAP!

My Dog Was Attacked By A Group Of Dogs At A Daycare Facility (Or A Dog Park). I Would Like To Get Him Socialised Again As He Is Fearful Of Dogs Now. Can You Help?
