Shelley is a veterinary nursing graduate with a strong background in animal behaviour and welfare. She has over 18 years of experience in veterinary diagnostics and is a qualified dog trainer, supporting dogs and their owners with practical, behaviour-focused guidance.

In 2013, she founded Paws And Think, helping dogs and their families build better connections and thrive.

Sylvie is a knowledgeable and caring team member at Dogs in Town, based in Paddington and Alexandria (Wednesday to Saturday), with decades of experience in pet care. Formerly the owner of Bondi’s Rupert and Dora pet shop and an advisor for brands like K9 Natural, she brings deep expertise in pet wellness. Passionate about helping pet parents, Sylvie is always ready to offer friendly, practical advice on nutrition, products, and your dog’s overall well-being.

Anniina is a professional dog trainer with over 10 years of experience in Sydney’s Inner West. Together with her team, she offers flexible, positive training through group classes and home visits.

Her approach follows a “nothing in life is free” philosophy, where rewards are earned and gradually phased out, focusing on building lasting obedience and true understanding of canine behaviour. Anniina also offers tailored one-on-one sessions to support each dog and owner on their path to success.
