Pick-Up & Drop-Off/Delivery Times:

  • We offer convenient transportation options to ensure your pup gets to and from Dogs in Town stress-free!

    Monday – Friday
    • Morning Pick-Up: 6:45 AM – 9:30 AM*
    • Afternoon Drop-Off: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM*

    Saturday
    • Morning Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
    • Afternoon Pick-Up: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

    Dog Adventures
    • Pick-Up: 6:45 AM – 9:30 AM*
    • Drop-Off: 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM (Approximately 3 hours after pick-up)

  • 🚗 Please note: While we aim to be as punctual as possible, specific pick-up and drop-off times cannot be guaranteed. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend:
    ✔️ Leaving alternative access keys if needed.
    ✔️ Arranging direct pick-up/drop-off at Dogs in Town.

Please Note:

  • For the comfort and well-being of your dog, we want to ensure smooth and stress-free logistics. If you live a considerable distance from your selected location, your dog may be transported to the closest branch. This helps us provide a better experience for your dog while ensuring timely operations and care. Thank you for understanding!
  • Text notification 5 minutes before arrival.
  • $15 fee for delays over 7 minutes (applicable to both pick-up and drop-off).
  • Unpredictable events (like traffic) may affect schedules, but our team is dedicated to timely service.
  • Plan ahead! No last-minute bookings. Routes are set the day before.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions herein, in the event that your door system or key fails to function at the time of collection, we will undertake to notify you promptly through both SMS and a telephone call. Should our attempts to reach you be unsuccessful, we will be compelled to depart, given that the welfare and comfort of the dogs under our care is our paramount concern. Please be advised that in such circumstances, a refund will not be provided. This policy is due to the fact that the inability to access your premises falls outside of our control, notwithstanding our efforts to render the contracted service. Our operations hinge on both availability and systematic organization, allowing us the flexibility to cater to the needs of other clients and their dogs.

Avoid the morning rush and ensure your pet is well-cared for with our unique and limited service. If your area isn't listed, get in touch, and we'll arrange a pick-up within our service area.

  • Available in selected METRO areas on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders must be placed before 11am for same-day delivery. Orders after this time will be processed the next working day.
