Memberships

You will be charged intial set-up fee together with first week of membership on the day of your purchase. You can cancel anytime.

You will be charged on weekly basis from your nominated debit/credit card. The number of appointments reset on the same day every week as the first date of purchase. Please note that unused appointments cannot be transferred.

Bookings are still required. You can use your email address or the code sent to you to make the bookings.

Present your subscription code to apply for 10% off the grooming appointments or for retail items in store.

Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Boarding appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice (or written evidence from a vet during the 48 hours prior to the appointment).

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday

Pick Up Zones: Alexandria, Mascot, Rosebery, Waterloo, Zetland, Rosebery, Newtown, Enmore, Dulwich Hill, Tempe, Earlwood, Petersham, Wolli Creek, Erskineville, Haberfield, Summer Hill Darling Point, Redfern, Sydney Park, St Peters, CBD, Surry Hills, Potts Point, Woolloomooloo, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Centennial Park, Glebe, Camperdown, Marrickville, Annandale, Eastern Beaches, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Edgecliff, Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte,and Vaucluse.
