Ear plucking is sometimes necessary for dogs with a history of ear infections since plucking minimises trapping of excess ear debris. Our experienced groomers will help advice if it needs to be done.

No need to get stressed about clipping your dog's nails too short. Our groomers have experience cutting nails daily and would love to help you and your fur-baby out by getting their nails up to date and the right length.

Sometimes all a dog needs are his nails to be filed, and sometimes it is nice to go the extra-mile by having their nails filed after being clipped. Our experienced groomers will assist you with your doggie's nail needs using groomer quality tools and products to get that round soft nail.

Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Boarding appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice (or written evidence from a vet during the 48 hours prior to the appointment).

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday
