Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Experiencing technical difficulties, or the website isn’t working? You can message us via WhatsApp during business hours and contact us here.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Boarding appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice (or written evidence from a vet during the 48 hours prior to the appointment).

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9:30am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9:30am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday

Does my dog need to be assessed before joining the daycare?

Yes, your dog needs to undergo an introductory assessment before joining our daycare. The assessment lasts 4 hours, during which we evaluate your dog's behavior and compatibility with our environment. If the assessment goes well, you can add extra daycare time on top of the initial assessment. You will also receive updates and a report card detailing your dog's experience and behavior during the assessment.

How long does it last, and what's the stay duration if my dog enjoys it?


Our introductory assessment lasts 3-4 hours, with the option for all-day stay if your dog is happy.

How do I book multiple days?

Booking Recurring Appointments
1. Select Appointment Type:
- Choose the appointment type you would like to book.
2. Choose Start Time:
- Select the start time for the appointment.
3. Make Recurring:
- After selecting the start time, look for the option to "Make recurring."
- Click on this option to open the recurring appointment settings.
4. Set Frequency and Duration:
- Choose the frequency of the appointments (e.g., daily, weekly, every other week).
- Specify how many times the appointment should repeat.
- Click "Add Recurring Times."
