This appointment is only for existing clients. Please book an Intro Assessment if it is your first time to Dogs in Town. Half-day services are only offered Monday-Saturday. An hourly fee of $15/hour will be charged if late for pickup.

Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Boarding appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice (or written evidence from a vet during the 48 hours prior to the appointment).

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9:30am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9:30am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday
