Start your mornings stress-free with our reliable and comfortable Dog Transportation Services. Our air-conditioned Doggy Van ensures a prompt and safe journey for your doggy.

We carefully plan each route to provide a short and comfortable commute, and we limit the number of doggies per ride to ensure a calm and safe experience for every dog.

🚐 New Transportation Zones Now Available (ONLY Tuesdays – Fridays)

We’re excited to announce that Dogs in Town is expanding our Doggy Bus transportation service to reach more families across Sydney.

Starting now, from Tuesday to Friday, we will be offering transportation services in the following areas:

We offer convenient transportation options to ensure your pup gets to and from Dogs in Town stress-free.

Monday – Friday

Morning Pick-Up: 6:45 AM – 9:30 AM
Afternoon Drop-Off: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturday

Morning Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Afternoon Pick-Up: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Dog Adventures Transport

Pick-Up: 6:45 AM – 9:30 AM
Drop-Off: 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM (approximately 3 hours after pick-up)

The 3-hour adventure program with transport is currently available for dogs living in the following suburbs:

Alexandria, Annandale, Beaconsfield, Camperdown, Erskineville, Eveleigh, Green Square, Marrickville, Mascot, Newtown, Redfern, Rosebery, St Peters, Surry Hills, Waterloo, Zetland.

We do not offer transportation services on Sundays 🚨🐶

Important Information

Please note:

•⁠  ⁠While we aim to be punctual, specific pick-up and drop-off times cannot be guaranteed
•⁠  ⁠You will receive a text notification approximately 5 minutes before arrival
•⁠  ⁠$10 fee for delays over 10 minutes (for both pick-up and drop-off)
•⁠  ⁠Routes are planned by 6am on the same route day, so last-minute bookings may not be possible, call us if you book after that. 0424 273 516
•⁠  ⁠Traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may affect timing

To ensure smooth service we recommend:

✔️ Leaving access keys if needed
✔️ Or arranging direct drop-off or pick-up at Dogs in Town

If access to your property cannot be completed due to door or key issues and we cannot reach you, the driver will need to continue the route to ensure the wellbeing of all dogs in the van. In this situation, the transportation service will not be refundable.

Avoid the morning rush and ensure your pup enjoys a safe, comfortable and reliable ride to Dogs in Town.
