Everything You Need For a Sleepover with Dogs In Town

For Pawstaycation Packing List, please read the full confirmation email after finalizing your booking. Your pup’s safety and health are of the utmost importance to us. Please follow these 7 simple steps before arriving for your dog’s holiday:

1. If your doggy is not desexed and older than 8 months, please give us a call.

2. New to Dog’s in Town? Your doggie will need to complete their First Day Intro Assessment for us to assess their behavior and temperament - unfortunately, no angry chompers are allowed.

3. Itchy dogs beware! Please provide proof that flea and tick prevention was given to your dog recently.

4. You need to attach a copy of the vaccination certificate (C5 Vaccine Card) to your booking form and show that you are up to date with all their required shots.

5. Food is not included, but we can provide it from our suppliers, or you can also provide the food according to your dog's diet.

6. Your doggy's ID is important - we can supply an ID tag. (Let us know)

7. We have comfy beds and sofas, so you don't need to provide a bed unless your doggy loves to sleep on it.

8. For the comfort of our dogs, the check-in time must be before 10 am - Check out can be anytime during working hours (check extra time rates).

With your help we are able to guarantee a happy and healthy environment for all our furry friends.

More In-Fur-Mation

Bookings

We need our hands free to care for the shaggy canines running around. To make registration quick and painless for you and our staff we only accept online bookings. In order to save your spot, we do require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.

When booking Grooming Appointments we ask for a $30 (non-refundable) deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged in person (cash/ credit) when your doggie model arrives at his spa date.

Grooming and Boarding appointments require a none-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

1. Illness within 24 hours before the boarding appointment: We can issue a credit for the booking. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed. Credit notes can be used for any service or retail products.

2. Cancellation 3 days before the boarding: Only 50% of the booking fee will be refunded, in accordance with our policy.

3. Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund is applicable.

4. In the event of your dog passing away: A full refund will be provided.

5. High season periods (such as public holidays, weekends starting 5 days before public holidays, December, January, and 2 weeks of Easter): Refunds will not be provided during these periods if you cancel 10 days before the mentioned dates or during the period.

6. Early collection of your pup before the stipulated date: 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

7. Exceptional cases: If your vet states that your dog can never be close to other dogs or in the case of a high-level accident, we will refund 50% of the deposit, provided it is in accordance with the dates, and a vet certificate must be attached directing to Dogs in Town.

You may cancel your appointment or reschedule an appointment without penalty up to 7 days prior to the confirmed service.

Where in its absolute discretion the Dogs Group cancels a confirmed service you will be issued with a credit for future services or offered an alternative time to have the booked service performed.

Your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies are highly valued. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.

Terrier-ific Transportation Services

Pick Up service operates between 6:45am to 9am (Monday to Friday) or 8am to 9am on Saturday.

Drop Off service operates between 2pm to 4:30pm or 1pm to 2pm on Saturday
